ON THE MARK Receives Certificate of Merit in Worldwide Print Competition and numerous Awards in the highly competitive San Francisco/Silicon Valley AreaCapitola - December, 2002 - On the Mark of Capitola received an award for outstanding achievement in the 2002 Premier Print Awards, the graphic arts industry's largest and most prestigious worldwide printing competition hosted by the Printing Industries of America (PIA), Incorporated, the world's largest graphic arts association. Competing against more than 4,800 entries from printing and graphic arts firms from around the world, On the Mark received a Certificate of Merit. The company's winning submission was a seven color piece and included dramatic effects utilizing a spot gloss UV coating. Additionally, the excellence in print resolution was striking, making the photography look amazingly clean. "Our focus on industry-leading creative design and print concepts has been well worth the effort," said Mark Vierra, President. "We feel honored by these awards.
